1. Introduction
ReBot Football War ("we", "our", or "the app") is a voxel arcade football game for mobile devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and what we do not collect. By using ReBot Football War, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Summary (plain language)
- Camera video is not stored or uploaded for gameplay. It is processed on your device to simulate body pose in Camera Mode.
- We do not collect precise location and do not use GPS to track where you play.
- There is no in-game chat between players. Users cannot send messages to each other.
- Online display names are system-assigned (for example
Player_a3f9k) unless you choose to edit your local nickname within the allowed limit. - Solo tournament play works offline after install. Online modes require an internet connection.
- Game progress is stored locally on your device. Limited multiplayer metadata may sync through our game servers for matchmaking only.
3. Camera & motion detection
ReBot Football War offers Camera Mode (also called motion control). When you enter Camera Mode or open motion calibration settings, the app may request access to your front camera.
What the camera is used for:
- Reading body pose landmarks in real time (shoulders, arms, legs, hips)
- Mapping your physical kick motion to in-game shot direction, height, and power
- Calibrating puppet poses in the motion settings screens
What the camera is NOT used for:
- Recording or saving video files to your photo library
- Uploading live camera footage to our servers for gameplay
- Facial recognition, identity verification, or advertising profiling from camera frames
- Background monitoring when you are not in Camera Mode
Pose estimation runs on your device. You may deny camera permission and continue playing in Joystick Mode without motion features.
4. Data we do not collect
ReBot Football War is designed as a casual arcade game. We do not intentionally collect:
- Your real name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact us directly)
- Precise geolocation or GPS coordinates
- Photos or video recordings from your camera roll
- Contacts, SMS, call logs, or microphone audio
- Private messages between players — the app has no user-to-user messaging
- Health or biometric identifiers beyond on-device pose points used momentarily for gameplay
5. Online play & display names
Online Fight and Duel modes use a lightweight multiplayer service to match rooms, sync scores, and store fortress layouts you publish.
- Each install receives a random anonymous player ID stored locally on the device.
- A display name is automatically generated by the system (for example
Player_abc12). You may update this nickname locally; it is not a verified identity. - Opponents see your display name and game stats during a match — nothing else.
- Players cannot chat, DM, or exchange personal information inside the app.
- Match results, duel scores, and published fortress layouts may be stored on our backend solely to operate multiplayer features.
6. Local storage on your device
The app saves the following locally so your progress persists between sessions:
- Tournament stage completion and unlocks
- Skin and outfit choices
- Motion calibration and puppet pose settings
- Fortress editor layout (also synced when you publish online)
- Duel career statistics and wallet coin balance
- Anonymous multiplayer ID and display name
This data stays on your phone unless you explicitly use an online feature that requires server sync.
7. Advertising
ReBot Football War may show optional rewarded video ads (for example to earn in-game coins or unlock content). Ad partners such as Google AdMob may process device advertising identifiers according to their own policies. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).
8. Permissions used
The app may request the following device permissions:
- Camera (optional) — Camera Mode and motion calibration only. Processed on-device for body pose simulation. Not used when you play in Joystick Mode.
- Internet access — Online Fight, Duel matchmaking, leaderboard-style stats sync, optional ads, and app updates.
- Local storage / app data — Save tournament progress, skins, calibration, and settings on your device.
Permissions we do NOT require:
- Location / GPS
- Microphone
- Photo library read or write (for gameplay)
- Contacts or calendar
9. Children's privacy
ReBot Football War is a family-friendly arcade title. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we do not operate user chat or collect contact details in-app, exposure is limited to anonymous gameplay nicknames during online sessions. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data retention & deletion
- Local game data can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in device settings.
- Online fortress layouts and match metadata may remain on servers until rooms expire or are deleted by the system.
- Camera frames are not retained after a Camera Mode session ends.
11. Security
We use industry-standard transport (HTTPS/TLS) for online features. No system is 100% secure, but we minimize data collection by design — especially for camera input, which remains on your device during gameplay.
12. Third-party services
Online features may rely on third-party infrastructure (for example cloud realtime database hosting and advertising networks). Those providers process only the minimum data required to deliver their service and are bound by their own privacy terms.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
